Community ManagerI’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. Account security is a top priority, which is why EA requires strict verification, even if that means more than just proof of purchase. We need to be absolutely sure the account belongs to you, especially when access to the original email or security info is lost.

I can access my bank information if I forgot my password than I can a gaming file. Y’all are purposely keeping me from it. My ip address could have changed from when I last Played and I’m not contacting my ex husband for his old email. Y’all ask for the impossible and claim security is your top priority. It’s not right.
