Unable to access old EA account and can't link new one to Xbox account

it’s a **bleep**in joke what a stupid way to launch a game, look how many of us have the same problem. You’d think they’d recognize it. I’d understand if I was the only one saying that I have a dead email linked to my account that they may not believe me. But look at this major issue. They are losing players before the game even launches
