Unable to change EA Email address. There's a Countdown.

i want change my adress ,but it's show me in cooldown

i never changed my adress

anyone can help me ?

i want change my address,

i never changed ,but cooldown can the customer service help me solve this?

    Hi Ackseek17​

    It sounds like the email change limit.

    Email addresses for EA accounts can be updated once every 30 days. If you've recently changed your email address in your EA Account settings, you'll need to wait for those 30 days to elapse before you can change it again.

    The support team assists with EA account changes, so I'd recommend reaching out to them. Use the link I shared below and let them know you're seeing a timer but haven't personally updated the EA account address recently.

    Hi Ackseek17​

    There is no other way to get help with account changes. So, let's try to get to the bottom of the loading issues. It could be a syncing issue. Please try these steps to troubleshoot it:

    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies.
    • Check your internet connection.
    • Try different browsers, i.e. switch from Chrome to Firefox, etc
    • Test it from a different device. If you're on your phone, try a laptop or PC
