Unable to change Steam account linking

Question

So I wanted to change my linked steam account

I unlinked my both steam accounts from EA

and now when I want to connect the 2nd steam account to 1st EA account

it says Your EA Account … is currently linked to the Steam account 1st.

and it says that it must be connected to the 1st account for 365 days till changing it to the 2nd

and I even double checked that it is unlinked and I know that it was linked for more than 365 days

and now I can’t use any of the accounts with my steam

can somebody help?

It sounds like you're aware of the linking process itself, but the full details can be found on this page. As you mentioned -&nbsp;

You can only unlink and relink your EA Account to a different Steam account if the previous account link is more than 12 months old. If it’s been less than a year, you won’t be able to relink yet.

If you're past that point and still having issues with the link, please contact support directly so they can take a look at the account, as we're unable to make any changes here on the forums.
