Unable to Get Support!!!

I have an issue where I'm unable to link my EA Play account to my XBox account.  I've reached out several times from the support site, created a case to try and get into a chat session, however every time I do it just provides me a case number and that someone will email me soon.  Its been over a week and no emails.

I have a screenshot of one the case I opened, but at this point not sure why I even purchased BF6 when I can't connect it and see if my friends etc are online to group.

    Hi EA_Darko​!  Completely empty.  I just created a new one (to see about merging the two EA Play accounts), and while I have the confirmation and case #, when I go to see my cases nothing shows up.

    Happy to direct message you the case numbers if that would help.
