Unable to link account

Have found my PSN account has been unlinked, when I try to re-link it I get the error "Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account  already linked to your EA Account for @disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime."

I've already logged a support case and both times it just gets closed with zero communication from EA support (just gets 'resolved').

    Only support can assist you with this issue. Try using the email option to talk to support or open a different case with the chat option.

    What is the support email, can't find it anywhere? I opened another support case, waited for over 30 minutes for chat (it said 1 minute estimated wait) which never went through and now that support ticket has just been closed again.

    EA_Lannahow do I get someone from EA to just fix my account? I've tried live chat about a dozen times and it never works, no chat window ever opens and my cases just get closed with no way of chatting within the case itself.

    My account was still in use so not sure why it was disabled. Also not sure why when being disabled the email address gets changed to something I don't know, let alone have access to, and it's also not unlinked from 3rd parties such as PSN?

    I just need the link to my PSN removed so I can re-link it to a new account.

    The only way to get help with an EA account related issue is to chat with our support team directly. Could you try to troubleshoot it? Give these steps a go:

    • Press F5 to refresh the page
    • Clear your browser's cache
    • Retry the steps again without logging into the EA account (if you're logged in, log out)
    • Try a private browsing window
    • Test it from another browser, like Chrome or Edge
