My case was marked as FIXED

My case was marked as ''fixed'' but nothing has changed I am confused. case #206557586 .

    I just got an automated message saying declined but the case was saying fixed. which got me confused.

    I provided info about the name and proof, the case said fixed but I got an automated email that just decline the case.
