Unable to Link My New Steam Account to My Existing EA Account

Are you still able to sign in to the hacked EA account at all? If you are, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get the account back under your control. 

Afterward, or if you aren't able to access your account at all, use the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page to get in touch with our support team and kickstart the account recovery process.

MRN3AN3​ In that case, you'll need to connect with our live support team so that an advisor can look into this with you. Once you fill in the web form and click submit, you should be redirected to a self-service page that'll include the option to chat with an advisor. Thanks! 

hello my account got hacked and the email got changed and i need help as soon as possible since the live chat isnt working they keep saying this isssue isnt supported by advisors and i really neeed to talk to one 

I have already tried all of these solutions and none of them worked.

MRN3AN3​ Sorry to say, but we aren't able to access or change account information here on the forums. Can you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser and see if you're able to link the new Steam account then? It might be worth trying on an incognito or private window as well. 

Otherwise, if the redirect persists, please connect with our live support team for more assistance, as they'll be able to look into the account with you. 

No, I do not see any error message or alert on the screen.

When I try to link my new Steam account, it immediately redirects me back to the same Connected Accounts page. I cannot continue with the linking process, and there is no error message explaining the problem.

Could you please check my account and help me link my new Steam account?

If it's been over one year since you've linked your previous Steam account to the EA account, you should be able to link a new Steam account by following these steps. The linking process is done on that Connected Accounts page, so being redirected there is normal.
