Unable to link steam as its already apparently linked...

Hi all, im trying to link my steam to my ea as ive redownlaoded pga tour and want to carry on playing with my current progress however when i launch the game and get prompted to login/link accounts, it tells me that my account is already linked to a different steam account and I must wait 365 days before unlinking. when logging into ea app to check said linked account it shows that no steam account is linked and gives me the option to link one, however when i try to link it through the website i still get the same error. both screenshots attached below of the connected accounts page showing no steam being linked and then another screenshot showing the error message im getting. contacted support multiple times to no avail so hoping the community can help.

I have raised a case however thats been useless too.......

Hey KylianMuhammad​ can I ask what our live support team advised when you spoke to them about this? Know it's a frustrating situation but the more we know about the issue the better we can help.
Were they able to review your account with you and explain what is going on?
If seeing that message, then generally there is nothing that you can do to get around it and our teams cannot bypass it.
In cases like this you would need to wait for the time to pass before you are able to link or unlink an account.
Let me know as much info as you can.
