I wanted to check in with you. Were you able to connect with the support team? If not, you may be able to update the email on your side:
This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password. Once you do, your email will replace the @disabled.ea.com one, and you’ll get access again. - Source: [GUIDE] EA Account Help: Disabled Account

When that error message appears, it's because your Xbox account is already connected to a different EA account.
Judging by the email address domain, the EA account may be dormant. Our support team may be able to help you out with that. You can connect with them through our EA Help site. Use these steps:
