Unable to link xbox account
I used to play on ps but since getting a pc i now have gamepass and attempted to link my xbox account to the ea account and have this. Anything would help 🙏

I wanted to check in with you. Were you able to connect with the support team? If not, you may be able to update the email on your side:
This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password. When that error message appears, it's because your Xbox account is already connected to a different EA account.
Judging by the email address domain, the EA account may be dormant. Our support team may be able to help you out with that. You can connect with them through our EA Help site. Use these steps:
