Unable to link xbox account

I used to play on ps but since getting a pc i now have gamepass and attempted to link my xbox account to the ea account and have this. Anything would help 🙏

    Hi SimxnWallxce​,

    I wanted to check in with you. Were you able to connect with the support team? If not, you may be able to update the email on your side:

    This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password. Once you do, your email will replace the @disabled.ea.com one, and you’ll get access again. - Source: [GUIDE] EA Account Help: Disabled Account
