unable to log into help.ea.com/tech support verification email no longer exists

Although I was able to change my log in/contact e-mail to my new account, EA help is using my old email account which does not exist any longer for verification purposes.  I am unable to use EA Help/...

I installed Chrome, but just as with FireFox and Opera, none of the links give me the option to select them.  Still only get the default Arrow pointer.

    Try these steps:

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Select EA Account
    3. Click on See all help topics
    4. Choose "I want to update my EA Account information"
    5. Choose the option for chat support

      Unfortunately, as I said, nothing on the page works except for the automated help button which simply wants to send a verification code.  Can't access any of the topics.
