6 months agoI agree you shouldn't have to jump through hoops. Normally, that's not the case. You've got a very unique situation and I'm running out of suggestions. Do you happen to have a firewall in place that might block access to our help site?

Just the basic Windows Firewall, and I already tried turning it off without no better result than any of the other attempts.

Have you tried being on an outside network that none of your devices have accessed? Or on a completely different device and network?
