Unable to access EA account due to failed 2FA delivery. Escalation requested.

Hello, 

Has anyone been having trouble accessing their account? I had one for YEARS and while it shows that I have an existing account with EA, it's not sending me a verification code. I've tried countless of times. Reached out via social media. I've spent so much money through them and it's quite impossible to get any support. 

Has anyone experienced this? This is super frustrating for the past few weeks. If this keeps going with no resolution, I will seek out legal options.

    Hi there. Have you tried opening a case with an advisor? That would be the best way to get some help with this. You can open a case by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
