unable to log into help.ea.com/tech support verification email no longer exists

Although I was able to change my log in/contact e-mail to my new account, EA help is using my old email account which does not exist any longer for verification purposes.  I am unable to use EA Help/tech support because of that.  When I try to change that e-mail to the new account it simply insists on sending a verification code to the non-existent email account.  I can't delete my entire EA.com account and start a new one, because the email I use to create an account is already in use; so it simply tells me to log in.

I'm not pushing the blame on you. I'm trying to find out, through troubleshooting, why you're not able to click on any of the options for support. It's definitely an odd issue. We can't determine who's side it's on. Regardless, again, I'm very sorry for all the trouble you've been through here.

Right!  It's your device, try a different device."  It"s your browser, try a different browser.".  It's your network, try a different network."  It's your firewall, try disabling your firewall."  How many time before you figure out that NOTHING on this end is causing the problem, ands get someone at EA to look at there bloody end?  Now, you want to continue wasting my time, and apparently not understanding what "Don't ever bother replying..." means, knock yourself out, but this is the last time I am wasting my time with this issue that is EA's fault and problem, not mine.  Fix it or not, I don't care.  I'm done.
