Cant create support ticket for account unlink

Question

Account was linked before but for some reason it got unlinked and now when trying to link my EA account to xbox gamepass it says it cant because its linke to a account that ends with disabled.ea.com or something like that but when trying to login in via the xbox login i am told that no account is linked to this account

my EA account works fine seperately and no message about why it was unlinked from either xbox or EA

and while i can create and submit a support case nothing happens when clicking submit it just acts like a case was created but looking under my cases i see nothign has been created

how do we open a new support ticket to get the account unlinked from this bogus disabled account

Hey Feydaqin​ try hitting reset password in the log in page and enter the email associated with the EA account.&nbsp;
This should get you sorted&nbsp;

Nope tried that several times ea account working fine but linking does not says it’s disabled so need to get support to either re-enable account or unlink it from Xbox gamepass very annoying and no idea or indication why it stopped working just suddenly stopped working

Hey Feydaqin​ you need to reset the password on the old account in order to re-enable the account so that you can take action on it.

Only have the one account I am aware off with my main hotmail address and reset password the several times with no change
