Ive been trying to make a ticket for support and everything but I get nothing back. My account was disabled for getting hacked and im trying to get it reinstated but I cant get anyone at ea to help me get it reinstated

If you go through the chatbot flow and answer the questions accurately, it should ask you to confirm the issue category, which would most likely be account-related in this case. After that, you should usually see a few potentially helpful self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.
Clicking Chat with us should create a case for you. You would normally receive an email with the case number, and the case should also appear in your cases.
If that still isn’t happening, please let me know in more detail which step you’re getting stuck on.
