Unable to recieve case number after Discord Ban

Hello everyone,

I recently got banned from a EA-Affiliated discord server, however, I haven't gotten a case number to use it for an appeal. Neither the EA Moderator bot, nor the EA website have notified me. Is there any other way to find out my case number?
