Unable to unlink my Xbox account with unknown EA acc

I've tried to unlink unknown account from my Xbox acc, its ending information that this xbox account is already linked with email i don't recognize. Solution with reaching to EA support also does not...

Already tried it. There is no information how to unlink account. Also support doesn't respond.

    When starting a case, try using the email contact option.
