EA Account won’t restore game
Backstory: In fc mobile, I am linked to my ea account AND my google play games account. I am trying to play the game on an iOS device instead of android, but when prompted at the start of fc mobile to sign into an account… i choose ea account as google is not supported on iOS devices. After signing into the (same) ea account, I don’t see the option to restore my game. Instead I see the option to guest overwrite ea account OR restore a level 1 game that is not correct. Did I in the past accidentally select guest overwrite and that’s why my “saved” game is actually only on level one? There must be some way to still recover my game through the ea account cloud data because I do have the account linked. The game is not fully lost, and I am able to play it on the android device still because it is backing up due to being linked to my google play account. But shouldn’t it also be backing up to my ea account?
also, I was told that if I am linked to my ea account and google, then my game is only being saved to Google. Is this true? It only saves progress on one linked account or the last linked account? Why even link an ea account if it can’t act as the common denominator between android and iOS? Someone please help!! Customer support in game chat feature has been so unsupportive and sometimes taking 72 hours to respond with a simple, “Hi, my name is…” introduction.
what am I needing to do to get this game working on an iOS device? Is it recoverable if I provide the user id?
