Unjustified Ban
ok so recently i Had an apex account on steam, i made multiple purchases and played for around 80 hours, i wanted to start fresh, so i made a new account, i looked up can you get banned for unlinking steam account from ea, and it clearly states that you CANNOT receive a ban. i had no ban on my main account nor my second account, i tried to play apex a day later and it says my account was banned for breaking tos on ea, all i did was unlink steam account and link a new one, can a EA support person please help me with this. i tried asking support what i even got banned for and they wouldnt tell me except breaking tos. I even looked up before of you could get banned for unlinking, i dont know why it is a option if im not going to be able to play apex on steam again, i just feel like its dumb i spend all this money on apex ot get an heirloom just to get banned for unlinking an account whenever it says i can. please someone help me.
