Unknown EA account linked to my Steam account.
Hey there! I cannot access my games as another unknown EA account has accessed/linked my steam account. Previously when i purchased the 2 Battlefield games during winter sale, I was able to play with ease, but after a gap of 1 month currently whenever I am trying to open the game from steam, its sending a verification code to an unknown account. Then I noticed whenever I am trying to link my personal EA account to my steam account, it says that it is already connected to another unknown EA account. I would very much like for the EA support to de-link that unknown account from my steam account. I asked Steam support for help, but they adviced me to ask EA support. Kindly help in this matter. Required documents are given below.
