Unlink Nintendo (without ea cause they dipped)

Ea support chat is nowhere to be found, what an unbelievable company.

I'm trying to unlink my Nintendo account which isn't listed in the EA account connections tab.

Can anyone help me unlink this.

 

 

 

As a slight p.s. EA refuses to patch Lost in Random on the Nintendo Switch which is riddled with a bugs and a placeholder icon on the homescreen which muddies up your game library. It'd be amazing to spread some awareness.

    Hi Dan, there is NO way to contact support.

    There's no email address, no form, no chat.

    Ea support no longer exists.

    That's why I need help here.

    The forums is the only thing listed on the support page.

    Hi todaisybyme,

    In case it helps, I was just given the option to open an email case with the following steps just now:

    • Select the EA Account option from the homepage.
    • Select "See all help topics".
    • Choose the "I want to unlink my platform from my EA Account" option.
    • The "Email us" icon should be just beneath the guides that are shown. 


    If you aren't given this contact option when using the above steps, try them again while not signed into the EA Help website (cases can be opened without being logged in).

    I managed to find it using the desktop version of the support site. But on mobile support is almost impossible to find contact options. Thanks for the help!
