Like you, it's just that my Apple account and Twitch account are maliciously linked, I can't find online customer service, and no one responds to the cases I submitted, so I don't dare to pre-order Battlefield ™ 6 now because I'm afraid of being stolen again.
I requested a refund for the games for security reasons, as they expired today. If I get a response, I'll buy them again, but this is a worrying oversight. I contacted them a few days ago, and despite trying several times in various ways, I haven't received any response. I'm certain my Steam account was linked to the hacker's account, and now I'm at a loss.
