Have this same issue and 5 deleted tickets later... no fix. Just unlink the PSN so I can link it to the good account. Waiting for a chat advisor for 3+ hrs. Literally Ubisoft helped with this issue in like 20min. Complaining so much I might get banned too. I can play the other BF games no issue, but BF6 beta won't let me. PLEASE help.

    PSN Supports connects with Support agent within minutes for a live chat and they are really good. But EA No Way They Help. Bad Support System. Instead of helping or reaching out to me  they Banned My EA ID. Now i have Opened a case to get my ID Unbaned But i got no response yet.
