I have had this same problem except it was with my PC account that got hacked by a Xbox account and now I can't even unlink the account and I can't even play Apex because of it and I have been trying to get unbanned for over a year. It wasn't even my fault but they don't see it that way. I just want to play EA games but I can't even do that.
