EA Help advisors follow the script without paying attention to information provided. They do not care to check if I really have my Xbox account. They collect a lot of the excessive personal information and compare it to something, then they say that something is incorrect and close the chat. I have no idea what they compare information to. It is absurd that I cannot ask to re-link Xbox account I have to the same email I have.
I also encountered the same thing. EA should just remove the 'Support' from 'EA Support' coz why bother having it.
