Hi. I have a problem with my account.
The mail client on which I created my account stopped working. And when I get a verification code I just can't get it. I can neither change my mail to another one nor unlink this account from steam. I need your help with this non-standard problem.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
I've had three chats with your staff.
and they keep telling me the same thing 'Try again...'.
Please delete my account, my problem is my email client.
[edit: email address removed] doesn't work anymore. I just don't get emails on it ! Just delete my current account or unlink it from all platforms such as xbox steam twich I'm very disturbed .
