Unlink ea account

Hello,

I wanted to get back into apex after a quite long break on my ps5. Unfortunately, it tells me to renew my login to ea. I followed the qr code shown on the screen, reset my password but nothing happens.

I think there is an old account linked to my psn, which i neither know the email of anymore or have access to. How can I fix that issue?
