I am trying to unlink my steam and sonny account from my old EA account. When I got and click the unlink button I get a prompt for a code, when I put in the code and click unlink, the window closes and nothing happens. The accounts stay linked and I can't figure out what's wrong.

you sent a guide about linking accounts to a guy having issues unlinking his account. did you even read about issue?
At the end of the article it says if you were not able to resolve the issue by following the guide, you should talk to EA support.
