Urgent: Cannot access Live Chat & Case missing after submission
Hi EA Advisors,I am writing here because the Help Center contact system is failing me.
My Situation:
I need to unlink my old PSN ID and link a new one to my EA Account (Email: [你的EA邮箱]). Due to EA's policy of "one PSN per lifetime," I understand this requires a manual exception from an advisor.
The Problem:
When I go to help.ea.com, there is NO "Chat with us" option, only an email funnel.
I submitted the email form twice over the past few days, but I have received zero confirmation emails.
When I check "My Cases" in my account, it shows completely blank. It appears my requests are not even reaching your servers/database.
Current Status:
I am stuck. I cannot play on my new PSN, and I cannot reach a human to fix the linking slot.
Request:
Could a CM or Tech Advisor please manually review this? Please grant me a "linking free pass" or provide a direct email/channel that actually works for account recovery/unlinking. I have all verification info ready.
