Urgent: EA-Steam Unlink Issue (Email Deactivated, Support Ticket Not Submitting)
Hello EA Community and Support Team,
I am encountering a critical issue with unlinking my EA account from my Steam account, and I am unable to resolve it through self-service or official support channels.
My Account Information:

Problem Details:
1. The original email linked to my EA account has been permanently deactivated, and I cannot recall the full email address. As a result, I cannot receive the verification code required for self-service unlinking.
2. I have tried to submit a support ticket via the EA Help portal multiple times, but the submit button is completely unresponsive even with an EA-specific VPN/accelerator, in incognito mode, and on both Chinese and English versions of the site.
3. I have also tried emailing [edit: email address removed], but the email was immediately bounced back as the address is invalid.
Proof of Ownership:
I have attached full Steam purchase screenshots for The Sims™ 4 base game and all DLCs (Get To Work, Seasons, Discover University, Get Famous, Vampires, Horse Ranch, etc.), as well as my Steam profile screenshot, to prove I am the legitimate owner of both accounts.
Request:
I sincerely ask for help from the community or an EA moderator to assist me in manually unlinking my EA account from my Steam account, or to help me escalate this issue to the EA support team for processing.
