URGENT HELP!!! UNLINK HACKED EA ACCOUNT FROM MY PSN

I’ve talked to 4 “advisors” in chat support, they have no idea what they’re doing and there’s no way to contact EA without “chat support”. All I need is for my playstation account to be unlinked from the HACKED EA account. Afterwards I can link it to my own EA account. I ended up wasting over 4 hours on my time trying to explain to those advisors what my issues were.  I called playstation as well and spent an hour with them for them to tell me that this is EA support problem. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED!!!
