Banned on linked account

Downloaded bf6 and got a ban notice, followed qr code to appeal but the email it references is not mine. Cannot link a different account or appeal. 

Looks like that account was banned in August like 12 or 15 times. And the email is no longer mine

Could someone help me figure out how to recover, or contact ea.
