I need to know how to talk to someone about drugs being promoted as usernames and no action being taking when I report it but then I read the regs and it definitely should be a ban so I need to know ...
If you are reporting a username ThrillIssues760 then it would mean that a member of the team reviewed it. Not all names you think may be offensive are a breach of the rules.
There are many countries where drugs are legal, and as such, there is leeway in many areas around this.
You can continue to report anything you believe may be a breach of the rules here
