Using my EA wallet
Help please? I have money/credit in my EA wallet. How do I use that to buy the new FC 27 game? I have no idea. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Community ManagerHey there,
At checkout, you should have the option to select a payment method, including EA Wallet funds.
Can you please check what payment options you see available during checkout?
Hi there. Would that be within the PlayStation store or somewhere else? Thanks for your help.

Hey PeachyLeo2, your EA Wallet funds are only available when you're buying stuff directly on the EA app. If you're purchasing games or points through your PlayStation, you won't see the option to use that wallet balance at all, since those payments are processed entirely through Sony's own system.
