Verification code not sending

I’ve been trying to change my email but to change the email I need to verify my identity so it sends the code to my current email but when I check the email I can’t find the code i even checked in the spam folder but it still wasn’t there, what do I do someone please help I need to change my email, and I also can’t log in on my PC since to log in it needa the code but I simply can’t get it, EA help me please
