Verifying account

I am unable to play the new ea26. When logging into the game it’s asks for me to verify my account, however the verification code never gets sent to my email. I know that the email is correct so I don’t know why I’m not receiving the verification code. Spent £100 to play the game early and have already missed a hole day of playing time :(
