    Hey CastleSuperBeast​,

    Unfortunately we can't look into bans or cases here on the forums. Have you been continuing your case to ask for updates or something like that? Continuing the case pulls it out of the queue and then adds it back at the end, making it take longer for our terms of service team to get to it.
