This is a PSN error, similar to this other one; it's not directly related to your EA account login.
It may be a temporary issue, as the message reads it's related to an ongoing maintenance.
Try restarting your modem/router and console, keep an eye on the PSN Server status page, and wait a while before trying again.
Let us know how it goes later on or tomorrow.
