Webapp transfer market not working but in game it is unlocked

tldr: I unlocked the transfer market in game, it works fine, but the webapp and companion app still are locked

First time getting the new game in years, got on the game early access and did all the objectives to unlock the transfer market. I then waited the 48 hours on PC for the transfer market to unlock. It unlocked and in the game it works fine, I've bought and sold multiple players. Whenever I check the webapp or companion app it still has the transfer market completely locked even though its been over 36 hours since I unlocked it. There is no indication on the EA documents that there should be any delay between in-game unlock and webapp unlock. Does anybody else have this issue? Did I miss something that says it'll be longer?
