What is Purchase to play Manage Files ???

100$ i spent to play, why is it asking me for more money  to play ?  i downloaded the game last week ,  and cant play says im missing packs ??? Terrible  ,  you didnt think of this before hand ?

    What is purchase and download Multi player ??  you need more then 100 $  ?  how is that even possible ? you didnt want big q's ?  i cant understand how something like that gets by withpur being noticed
