What is the SLA for a EA Forums post by EA?

I am  trying to understand how long I should expect a post to be up before an EA rep will reply to it. 

I ask because I have had a post up for three weeks now and no one from EA has replied to it.

    Hey v27v​, there is no time frame for when a CM will reply to you or even if they will.

    The forums are built around the idea of users helping users and we CMs are here to facilitate that. While we do respond quite often, there are simply so many posts on here that replying to everyone isn't possible.

    If you require direct 121 support, then you can open a case with our live support team.
