What is with BF6 and unwarranted bans?

I was gifted Battlefield 6 to play with my brother and I really enjoyed the 2 months I was able to play Battlefield 6. I enjoyed it enough to buy it for my wife and kid and got others to buy it to game together. So its quite a bummer that EA can just randomly ban you for "enhancements". I've never cheated or had cheats on my PC so yes it is unwarranted. And I know you'll be like "goodbye hacker" so whatever but that's the last EA game I'll buy and I've told my friends to request refunds. Is there anything I can do to talk to a real person?

    Hi Valkyriesblade ,

Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with that, especially after enjoying the game enough to bring other people in with you.

I understand why that would leave a really bad impression. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled from the forums, and we wouldn’t be able to connect you directly with someone here to investigate the account.

The best next step would still be to go through the EA Account Help Hub and click Contact us at the bottom of the page. That page is the main account recovery and support entry point. If it doesn't work, please feel free to use this webform.

You may also find these pages helpful:
EA Account help for locked, banned, or suspended accounts
    EA Account Help Hub

Sorry again that you’re in this position.
