When can Steam and EA be unlinked in both directions?

When will EA accounts and the Steam platform be able to unlink from each other, instead of the current situation where only the EA account can initiate the unlinking? During the period when my Steam account was hacked, an EA account was created, which resulted in all the EA games I purchased on my Steam account being bound to an EA account that doesn't belong to me. If I log in from another computer during this period, it requires verification, and the verification information needs to be sent to an email address that does not belong to me. This means that the EA games I purchased can only remain idle on my Steam account. I have sought help from your customer service, and during that time I provided all the account information that completely belongs to my Steam account, but your customer service still determined that I could not pass the verification. If this continues, how am I supposed to buy EA games on the Steam platform, considering I cannot play the games I purchase? Therefore, I urgently need a feature that allows for mutual unlinking between the Steam platform and EA accounts.
