Whenever I log in to my EA account, it makes me reset my password to enter.

I play FC 26 and have been playing the FC titles for multiple years. At least once or twice a day, I am asked to log back in to my EA account through the FC companion app. When I do, it tells me my password is wrong, which it’s not, or, my credentials are expired. Because of this, I have had to reset my password various times. Is there any fix to this? This problem persists even when I try to log in to my EA account through the official EA website.
