Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

So, when I follow these steps, it comes up with a USELESS chat bot. WHICH IS NOT WHAT I NEED!

All the chat bot does is send me links to different forums. THAT IS NOT WHAT I NEED!!

I need a person to help talk me through the issue I am having. Does anyone know how I can talk to a real person?

When I use live chat, I think I'm talking to a real person, but they can't solve my problem, and the live chat option is only in English. I remember calling support in French several years ago.
