why cant i chat online to ea for help?

i recently discovered that my windows desktop is imcompatible with the new sims 1 legacy and i want a refund because why waste money on something i cannot play? anyway it keeps coming up with the vulkan error even after the patch today 21/ 2 / 25 that was meant to fix this so i want a refund but i cannot request a refund through the form and i cannot do a live chat anymore for some reason even though i was on a live chat like a week ago! someone please help me get refunded PLEASE!!!
