11 months agoThat's an odd one, can you try starting a case while logged out of your account on the help site to see what happens?

I'm very glad to look your comments. But sorry for the delayed response. I have tried many times to star a case and star an advisor chat both with logged in and logged out. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug of my account that none of them worked. Only way that works is that I use another account, which means this problem has nothing to do with my PC or internet environment. When I chat with the advisor to construct a case on my another account, I was told that I must use the bug account to star a chat. So there is the endless logical loop. Hope you can help me fix my account, I appreciate it!
