for some reason my phone number location automatically set it self to "cocos (keeling) islands" and any time I try to fix it to "Australia" it says the number is already in use, problem is due to this error I cant use TXT verification, how do I fix this?
I tried to contact support at "https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help/" but the page does not load

this is the only EA account I have had, made it in 2012
so very odd, phone instead of email works for https://www.ea.com/ea-app but had to use email for 2fa cos phone 2fa gave a error [attached], but then wont accept password when going to https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/account-information?gameId=ebisu which is needed to use the settings, tbh not sure why they require 2 separate logins
is phone 2fa not available in Australia despite being a selectable phone location?
